Terms of use and sale

1. Purpose
Knowledge Booster is a learning app offered by Mario Tetty, sole trader, Corsier-sur-Vevey (Switzerland) ("we"). These terms apply to using it and to the Premium subscription.
2. Free access and Premium
The first lesson of every course is free. A Premium subscription gives access to all lessons for as long as it runs.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), not subject to VAT. Payment is made by card or another method offered by Stripe at checkout.
4. Term, renewal and cancellation
The subscription is monthly or yearly and renews automatically at the same price unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from "Manage my subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep access until then. There is no cancellation fee.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Premium gives immediate access to all digital content. A period that has started is not refunded, but you can cancel at any time (see section 4). If you are a consumer in the European Union, at payment you ask for access to start immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. If something goes wrong (double payment, billing error), write to us: we refund anything not owed.
6. Content
Knowledge Booster's lessons, texts and illustrations are protected by copyright and are for your personal use. The content is general education: for electrical or plumbing work, follow the regulations and call a professional when needed.
7. Liability
We do our best to keep the app available and accurate but cannot guarantee it at all times. Our liability is limited as far as the law allows.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. For important changes, we will tell you by email in advance.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Vevey, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdictions.
